By accessing or using growveloper.com ("the Site") or engaging Growveloper for any services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or our services.

Growveloper is operated by Oyekola Obajuwon Abdulsalam, based in Lagos, Nigeria.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients.

Growveloper offers web development, growth marketing, AI automation, and growth audit services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for any project are defined in a separate project proposal or contract agreed upon between you and Growveloper before work begins.

These Terms of Service govern your use of the website and general engagement. They do not replace project-specific contracts.

When you submit the consultation form at /start, you are requesting a free consultation. Submitting the form does not create a binding agreement or obligation on either party. It is an expression of interest.

We review every submission and aim to respond within 24 hours via your preferred contact method. We reserve the right to decline any inquiry at our discretion.

When you purchase a Growth Audit through our website, you are entering a service agreement. Payment is processed by Flutterwave. The terms of the Growth Audit are:

Delivery: Within 2 weeks of receiving your completed intake form.

Deliverables: A comprehensive audit report (PDF), a Loom video walkthrough, and a live 60-minute walkthrough call.

The audit fee is credited toward any project you start with Growveloper within 60 days of the audit delivery date.

All payments are processed through Flutterwave. We accept payments in USD, GBP, and NGN.

Refund policy: If we have not begun work on your audit (i.e., you have not submitted the intake form and we have not started analysis), you may request a full refund by emailing hello@growveloper.com.

Once work has begun, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon audit within the stated timeline without communication, you are entitled to a full refund.

For project-based work (web development, marketing, automation), payment terms, milestones, and refund conditions are defined in the project contract, not these terms.

All content on growveloper.com, including text, design, code, animations, and brand assets, is the intellectual property of Growveloper unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from this website without written permission.

For client projects: Intellectual property ownership and licensing terms are defined in individual project contracts. Generally, you own the final deliverables after full payment. We retain the right to showcase work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Open-source components and third-party assets used in client projects retain their original licenses.

You agree not to:

Use the website for any unlawful purpose.

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website, server, or database.

Interfere with the proper functioning of the website, including through automated scraping, bots, or denial-of-service attacks.

Submit false or misleading information through our forms.

Use our website content to train AI models without written permission.

We reserve the right to block access to anyone who violates these terms.

Growveloper provides the website and its content on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee that the website will be available at all times or free from errors.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Growveloper is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or our services.

Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for that specific service.

This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded by contract.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites and services (such as Flutterwave, Cal.com, Mailchimp, and others). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party service.

When you interact with a third-party service through our website (such as making a payment via Flutterwave), you are also subject to that service's terms and conditions.

For any paid engagement beyond the Growth Audit (including web development, marketing campaigns, and automation projects), a separate project contract will be provided. That contract will define:

Scope of work and deliverables.

Timeline and milestones.

Payment schedule and terms.

Intellectual property ownership.

Confidentiality obligations.

Termination conditions.

In the event of a conflict between these Terms of Service and a project contract, the project contract takes precedence.

Information you share with us through forms, calls, or project work is treated as confidential. We will not share your business information, strategies, data, or project details with any third party without your written consent.

Exceptions: We may disclose information if required by law or if necessary to protect our legal rights.

This confidentiality obligation survives the end of any engagement.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first.

If negotiation fails, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria, under the Arbitration and Mediation Act 2023.

If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction where mandatory consumer protection laws apply (such as the EU, UK, Canada, or California), nothing in these terms overrides those protections.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

For existing clients with active project contracts, changes to these Terms of Service do not retroactively affect the terms of your project contract.
