AI & Tech Startups
Fast sites, developer-focused marketing, and automation for technical founders who build great products but struggle to get them found.

Hello, I'm
Growth Engineer. Developer. Marketer.
I build growth engines for businesses. That means websites that convert, marketing that proves its ROI, and automation that removes the repetitive work. Most agencies split these into separate teams that never talk to each other. I don't. Every project I touch gets the perspective of a developer, a marketer, and a systems thinker at the same time.
I grew up in Lagos, a city that never stops moving. I started building things early. My first business was in primary school. By the time I got to university studying Computer Science, I'd already learned that building something is only half the problem. Getting people to find it, trust it, and pay for it is the other half.
So I went deep into both. Development on one side. Performance marketing on the other. Not surface-level campaign management, but proper attribution, funnel architecture, paid acquisition that compounds. I wanted to understand why some products grow and others don't, even when the code is identical.
The answer was always the same: the businesses that grew treated development and marketing as one system. The ones that stalled treated them as separate departments with separate budgets and separate goals.
Growveloper exists because I got tired of watching that gap cost businesses real money. I bring the technical mind to marketing, the customer-centric mind to development, and the automation mindset to both. That's not a tagline. It's how every project here actually runs.

No handoffs to juniors. No outsourced teams. When you hire Growveloper, you get the person who built it. I'm in every strategy call, every design review, every line of code.
Every decision is backed by numbers. What to build, where to market, what to automate. If the data says an idea won't work, I'll tell you before we waste time on it.
I build for your audience, not for awards. Every page, every campaign, every workflow starts with one question: what does the person on the other end actually need?
Fashion and creative direction
Design thinking isn't limited to screens. How a brand presents itself visually, the details that signal quality, the balance between minimal and bold. The same instincts that make a good outfit make a good landing page.
Basketball
Teamwork, pattern recognition, and making fast decisions with incomplete information. Sound familiar? It's the same muscle you use when reading analytics and deciding where to pivot.
Education and learning
The tech and marketing space moves fast. Staying current isn't optional. I study, experiment, and test constantly. Half of what Growveloper offers today didn't exist when I started.
I work best with companies in these spaces. Not because I only do these, but because I understand the problems.

VIP Creative Studio is a fractional marketing agency that works with credit unions and financial institutions across the United States. Their team includes strategists, a designer, and a project manager. They operate on a month-to-month model, embedding directly into their clients' marketing departments. When they came to us, their entire web presence was a single Wix landing page. No way to understand what they offered. No service breakdown, no case studies, no blog, no contact form. For a company selling marketing services to risk-averse credit union marketing leaders, the website was actively working against them.

RideOn Nigeria is a premium chauffeur and car rental service in Lagos. Three service lines: pre-booked rides with professional drivers, a "Drive My Car" service, and full-time driver placement. The owner is based in Canada, managing the business remotely. Before we started, there was no application. Customers booked through WhatsApp. Drivers onboarded through a basic form on a static website. Partners who supplied vehicles had no portal. The admin team operated from spreadsheets and chat threads. We originally came on board for an assistant role. During the interview, a conversation about marketing and development capabilities turned into a pitch. The role changed from assistant to brand strategist and lead developer.

Baye Business Solutions is a cloud services and IT solutions company in Lagos. About 25 employees. Microsoft Cloud Solutions Provider with partnerships across Microsoft, Adobe, Kaspersky, Sophos, HP, Dell, Lenovo, Cisco, and more. The business had real clients and real expertise. None of it showed up online. Their website had broken links. "Microsft365" was misspelled in the navigation. The Backup and Recovery link pointed to an unrelated domain. No pages for individual services despite offering eight categories. No blog. No analytics. No Google tracking. No intake forms.
